Android Data Recovery – Complete Guide To Recover Deleted Data From Android

Android Data Recovery recovers data from 3 recovery modes named as Android Data Recovery, Broken Android Data Extraction and Retrieve Data from Google Backup.

The first two modes allow you to extract deleted pictures, contacts, call logs, text messages, WhatsApp chats and attachments, videos, audios and documents from Android devices and also from broken Android phones and tablets. The third mode allows you to selectively recover deleted data to your computer but only when you have taken the backup of Android data to your Google account.

Part 1: Android Data Recovery Or Broken Android Data Extraction Mode

Step 1: Launch Android Data Recovery And Select A Recovery Mode To Begin The Process

First, download and launch Android Data Recovery software on your Windows computer and then choose a recovery mode to begin the process.

The recovery process of both first and second mode is the same, so I will take one mode for an example to show you the steps to recover data. Here I have selected “Android Data Recovery” mode.

Step 2: Choose Your Phone/Tablet And Download Data Package

On the “Android Data Recovery” tab click on “Start” button and then you will be asked to confirm if your Android device is Samsung and not other Android phones or tablets. After that choose the right name and model of your Samsung device from the given list.

After that, the software will automatically download the same data package on your Android phones or tablets.

Note: During the whole process you need to keep your PC connected to the internet connection.

Step 3: Connect Your Android Phone/Tablet To PC And Go in Downloading Mode

Once the Recovery Software downloaded, then with the help of USB cable connect your Android phone/tablet to your PC. After that Android Data Recovery tool will lead you to keep your phone/tablet into downloading mode in three easy steps.

Step 4: Choose The Data Types And Scan

When your phone is set in downloading mode, the software will guide you to the recovery interface and select the data types that you want to get back. Then click on “Next” button to scan the selected data.

As the scanning process is in progress, the software will start analyzing your Android phone/tablet.

Step 5: Select The Data Types You Want To Retrieve

When the scanning of your device gets over then all the deleted data from your device will appear in a list. Now you can preview the files that you want to recover. Then you need to click on “Recover” button the get back the selected data. Now, you all the recovered files will be saved on your PC and from here you can easily copy them to your phone.


Part 2: Retrieve Data From Google Backup

Step 1: Launch Android Data Recovery And Select A Recovery Mode

Launch Android Data Recovery software on your PC.

Then the software will ask you to choose a recovery mode. Here choose Recover Data from Google Backup.

After that click on “Start” button to find the deleted data from your Google account.

Step 2: Sign-In To Google Account And Download Your Google Backup

Now, you need to sign-in to your Google account. Enter the right account sign-in details and click on “Sign in” button. You don’t need to worry as your account details are safe and protected.

Once you logged in to your Google account, then the app will give a list of files that can be recovered from Google account. Now, choose the files that you wish to restore or you can check Select All. After that tap on “Next” button at the bottom-right corner.

After this, the Recovery software will start analyzing your selected files on your Google account. This process will take a few minutes so keep connect your Android device when the scanning process is going on.

Step 3: Preview And Recover Files From Google Backup

Once the scanning process gets over the data that you have recovered will be listed systematically. You can click on the boxes just near the file types on the left panel and view them on the right. And you can find particular data that you wish to get back by using the search box. Then choose the files that you wish to recover and click on “Recover” button.
