Step 1: Select And Scan From iTunes Backup

Click on “Start” button from “Recover from iTunes Backup” tab.

After that select the specific iTunes backup from which you wish to recover and then hit on “Next” button. If you select an encrypted iTunes backup then you will be asked to enter the password for iTunes encryption.

Choose the data types that you wish to recover and hit on “Scan” button. Wait as the scanning process will take a few minutes.

Step 2: Preview And Get Back Data From iTunes Backup

Now, the search result will be viewed on the window. Look at the files which you want to recover or you can click on “Only show the deleted files” option and choose the specific data that you want. Then click on “Recover” button to get them back.

You can make a folder or choose the place to save the recovered data. Then the software will save the files to the folder and when the process gets completed then you can see the recovered data here.

Mode 4: Retrieve Data From iCloud

There are two ways to retrieve data from iCloud. One is iCloud Kit and another is iCloud backup. If you have enabled iCloud and signed in iCloud account on your phone then all your files will be synced to iCloud Kit by itself. Or if you have manually backed up your iOS device data to iClould then you can easily recover those data. Select one option below and recover your files from iCloud.

Option 1: Get Back Data From iCloud Kit

Step 1: Login To iCloud Account And Scan iCloud Kit

Click on “Start” from “Recover from iCloud” tab.

Now, enter your iCloud account info. Don’t worry about your account details as iPhone Data Recovery will never keep your account details.

Next, you will find two options. One is iCloud Kit and another is iCloud backup. Here you need to select iCloud Kit to get back one or more contents like pictures, reminders, calendars, etc. After that hit on “Scan” button at the bottom right side.

The scanning process will be in process. The scanning process will take some time depending upon the file size, so wait till it gets completed.

Step 2: Preview And Retrieve Data From iCloud

After this, you will find the results on the screen of which you have searched before. Just preview and select the data that you need and click on “Recover” button.

Now, select a place on your computer where you want to store the data that you have just recovered. Wait until the software completed this process.

Option 2: Retrieve Data From iCloud Backup

Step 1: Login To iCloud Account And Download Your iCloud Backup

Click on “Start” from “Recover from iCloud” tab.

Now, enter your iCloud account info. Don’t worry about your account details as iOS Data Recovery will never keep your account details.

Then hit on “iCloud Backup”.

The software will search all iCloud backup in your iCloud account. After that choose the relevant iCloud backup file from which you want to recover data. Then hit on “Next” button.

Launch iOS Data Recovery software on your computer and from the screen you need to hit on “Fix iOS System”. Now, by using USB cable connect your iOS device to your computer. After that iPhone Data Recovery will provide 3 modes.

1. Use Standard Mode To Fix iOS Issues Without Data Loss

Step 1: Connect Your Phone To Computer

If it does not detect your device then you will be asked to first keep your phone in Recover Mode or DFU mode. Follow the instruction to do so.

1.1 Put your device into DFU mode

If your device failed to enter into DFU Mode then put your device in Recovery Mode instead.

1.2 Put your device into Recovery mode

Follow the steps provided in the image-below to put your device in Recovery mode.

Step 2: Download The Respective Firmware

When your device successfully entered in DFU Mode or Recovery Mode then download the new firmware for your smartphone. The best part about this iPhone Data Recovery is that it will detect your device by itself and allow you to download the latest version of iOS which suitable for the device. Then hit on “Download” button and proceed.

Step 3: Fix System With Downloaded And Verified Firmware

Step 2: Now, enter your iOS device in recovery mode by clicking on “Enter Recovery Mode”.

Exit Recovery Mode

Step 2: Now, exit your device from recovery mode by clicking on “Exit Recovery Mode”.

The program will take some seconds to exit Recovery Mode. Then your phone will successfully start.

Note: If your device does not start after exiting process gets completed, then again try it or you can use the Standard Mode to exit Recovery Mode.

3. Use Advanced Mode To Reinstall Your iOS Totally

The problem which you have encountered on your iOS device doesn’t fix via Standard Mode then you can also use Advance Mode to fix this. You need to just click on Advance Mode from the main screen and the steps are the same as Standard Mode. But keep in mind that the Advance Mode will reinstall the iOS totally and all your saved files will be deleted from your device.
