Solution #1: Close And Reopen Phone App

If your voicemail is working fine but suddenly is started showing the error prompt then you should simply close the Phone app and then reopen it.

Firstly, close the Phone app and then wait for few seconds. After this, re-open the Phone app and check the error is solved or not.

Solution #2: Restart Your iPhone And Reinsert The SIM Card

You can simply restart your iPhone to solve this problem. Once your handset gets restarted, take out the SIM card and then insert it again.

Step 7: If not, then dial #793 in the Phone app and then enter the last 4 digits of your phone number on the password of the visual voicemail screen to check you have fixed the issue.
